A private workspace for your financial records
Existing J2 clients use this portal to receive statements, reports and consulting materials, and to send confidential documents back to Keeley — without email attachments or shared drives.
Security summary
Your documents are protected through secure authentication, controlled access permissions and encrypted file storage. Nothing in this portal is reachable without signing in, and each account sees only its own files.
This page is maintained by J2 Business Services to describe the controls in place in this application. It is not an independent certification or audit.
How access works
Private storage
Files live in encrypted storage that is never publicly addressable. Every download uses a short-lived, single-purpose link.
Controlled access
Permissions are enforced at the database layer, so a client account can only ever reach that client's own records.
Full activity trail
Uploads, downloads and removals are recorded with who did it and when, and repeated failed sign-ins lock an account.
